About ShaRae Kalian

Sharae Kalian has over 10 years experience in human capital. Her career began after she received her communications degree from Arizona State University. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as The Vanguard Group and Tosco Corporation, national and international organizations such as Marcolin USA, as well as small business and non-profit organizations.

A champion for education and leadership, ShaRae’s calling is to help people develop and lead productive, creative, and successful lives according to their capabilities and interests. She has a dual Master Degree in New Media and Social Organizational Psychology.  While obtaining her Master’s degree she was selected to intern with the U.S. Department of State, Office of Diplomacy, where she worked with the Belize National Commission UNESCO, to develop their social media and help bring attention to their education cause.

As the President of the Becoming Me Foundation, ShaRae has positively influenced youth to accomplish their goals with tenacity and to grow and blossom into the person they are destined to become. She has planned, designed, and implemented summer programs to assist in closing the achievement gap and summer learning loss.

Sharae appreciates how every individual is different and genuinely enjoys helping people to find their unique capabilities and opportunities for growth. She is passionate about developing and administering leadership training to corporate executives and organizations.
